They coordinated the day with us down to the minute. The bus was on time for every event and absolutely immaculate! Such a fun addition to our big day!

The gentleman that answered the phone was rude, stating that this was a bad idea, and said it would take twice the amount of time to do service than it actually would. He advised we would need to start shuttling guests to the wedding 3 hours early (the hotel is only 10-15 minutes away). I contact multiple other transportation companies that were not only friendly, but supportive. I would not use this company solely for their lack of customer service and professionalism.
