  Great experience moving my daughter to NYC to grow her career. Team was knowledgeable and pleasant which reduced our anxiety that NYC brings.

  My family has been using this storage company for almost a year. We called today because we need to pick up some furniture. I spoke to LIZ. HORRENDOUS customer service and this would not be the person I would want working representing my company to a current customer. When we first decided to use this company she was wonderful and said just about anything to get our business and money. Now that we have been paying our monthly fee for almost a year she wouldn’t listen for one second to my concerns. She said she told us there is a fee to pick up some items and an hourly charge to get our items and also we can’t just show up off the street to get our things and would be about another two weeks. HAD WE KNOWN THIS UPFRONT, we would have never used them. Is this how you treat a family who just had a tragic loss and NEED to pick up items out of storage?! Maybe not had she just stoped taking for a second and let me finish a sentence. She was THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST person I have spoke to on the phone when dealing with a company. I do NOT recommend this company as it is a perfect example of bait and switch. Once they have your money they can careless. Had we been told from the beginning we couldn’t access our items if WE NEED THEM, we would have NEVER booked them. Save yourself a huge headache and Please do not use this company. They do NOT appreciate your business!

  They low-balled the moving estimate to get us to sign the contract, then claimed that we did not adequately describe our possessions and that is why their final charge was $5000 higher than what we signed a contract for. They said “it is all your fault”. They dismantled a futon frame and lost the hardware, same with a bed frame. We can’t find the futon; it was probably mixed up with other family’s stuff on the truck. Wardrobe moving boxes and clothes inside were all crushed. They left several bookcases and lawn furniture off the truck; we found them only after the truck left. On a scale of 0 to 10 they get about a “2”.
