During the estimate process they did nothing but reassure me how easy it was going to be and gave me advice on how I could make it as inexpensive as possible. On moving day they showed up on time, were kind and professional, and constantly asked questions about how I wanted things to be done. Someone at the office even called me midway through the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. After they were done they handed me a bill below the estimate. If I could give them over 5 stars I would. I’m very happy I did business with South Hills Movers.

They were professional, friendly, and very kind. The price of the move was reasonable and fair. My mother, a senior, was treated so kindly and I truly feel like Jesse and Gary took care of her. Malcom was also so professional, kind, and patient. They made moving so much less stressful, we have never had such an easy experience. They were also respectful of my mother’s things and considerate of her cats who were safely confined to a room. Having now worked with the folk at South Hills, I wholeheartedly recommend them for any move. From my first interaction with the estimator, Steve, he did a great job both selling the company and its experience while also making me feel like my move would be as important to them as a much larger contract. He gave me confidence that South Hills would take care of is. Then my interactions with our relocation coordinator Jill were all excellent. She was very professional, made sure I had all the information I needed, and answered all of my questions as they came up. On move day she made sure to check in and make sure everything was going well. Of course on moving day, the team who helped with our move was amazing. Shawn, the driver, as well as Casey, Colton, Shane, and Samuel were incredibly professional and we really appreciated their dedication, speed, and care. My wife and I were both really comfortable with them in our home and loading our stuff. And they were incredibly hard workers. Before the truck left, Jill called us back with an estimate of an arrival date that meant we would only have a few nights on air mattresses before they arrived at our new home out-of-state. Sure enough, Shawn, Casey, and Colton came first thing the scheduled morning and got right to work. They took great care to protect the home we were moving into and unloaded the truck with the same dedication and professionalism they loaded it with. We were so happy with our experience with South Hills. They will be at the top of our list for any future moves, even though we now live outside of Western Pennsylvania. Any other moving company would have a lot to live up to!
