We hired them to move a very small office—just 2–3 boardroom tables, a few chairs, and some personal items. What should have been a straightforward job took 9 hours, which is completely unreasonable given the minimal volume. When we questioned the delay, we were given a series of weak excuses, including that the hallway was “too long” and the elevator was “too far.” This made no sense, especially since we clearly informed them in advance that there was a freight elevator and provided details about the building. When we escalated our concerns to the manager, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he doubled down on these excuses and admitted they hadn’t properly assessed the job beforehand. The response felt dismissive and frankly insulting. To make matters worse, they failed to complete the agreed-upon junk removal and then tried to charge us extra to come back the next day. When we refused, they attempted to shift responsibility onto us—despite this being part of the original agreement. The final cost came to $4,500, which is outrageous for the scope of work. Overall, this company was unprepared, inefficient, and unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and avoid hiring them.

  Damanpuneet Singh and Davinder Singh were the team helping me today. They were very courteous with hearing about my fragile items and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to move me out of my large one bedroom space and just over two hours. I also took note of them being very careful while setting My items down on the wooden floor. Not to mention, they were very friendly to chat with!

  I had an absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. The crew that showed up seemed to have little to no experience, which became obvious almost immediately. We had everything prepared in advance boxes packed, furniture taken apart, and ready to go and we even ended up helping them just to move things along. Despite not having a large amount of stuff, it’s a two bedroom condo apartment and the entire process took over six hours, which is completely unreasonable. The lack of efficiency and professionalism was frustrating and disappointing. Based on the service I received, I honestly find it hard to believe that many of the positive reviews are genuine. My experience was far from what was advertised, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable move. If it was possible to leave a zero star that’s what I would be giving. An absolutely horrible experience.

  Pahul and Krish, Thank you so much. These two movers were like a perfectly synchronized duo—fast, efficient, and somehow still smiling through the hours of moving. They handled everything with care and professionalism, making the whole process feel way less stressful than it should have been. Not only were they incredibly hardworking, but they were also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. At one point, I was convinced they had a secret teleportation device with how quickly things got done. Huge appreciation to both of them for a job exceptionally well done!
