  To whom it may concern, You recently(Dec10) moved us from Willow Rd to Pipers Court in Kincardine. It was horrible weather with winds, cold and snow. The men were so professional and cheerful and so hardworking. A second crew joined later in the day and the lady helped me get the beds made up. It was a very tiring day for my husband and I, but your wonderful workers certainly helped make it a bit easier. With our sincere thanks and gratitude Diane and Robert Wilson

  I hired Kwik N Ready movers for a move from an apartment to a house. They were professional, kind, and personable. I had never hired movers before, always moved myself, so they explained everything to me so I knew what I needed to do and what they would do. They put carpets down where they were walking in the apartment and the house as it was a wet, rainy day which I appreciated. They also covered our mattresses with mattress cover bags which very appreciated as we had just bought brand new mattresses. You could tell the crew worked together often as they were cohesive and quick. The price was quite reasonable, especially considering they came from Port Elgin to Hanover. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering moving.

  Recently I had Kwik N Ready Movers move some furniture from St Marys to Port Elgin. They were very professional and careful to not damage anything. I would recommend them for any size moving job.

  In response You stood me up every time you made a commitment to come for 2 weeks. No phone call to let me know each time you stood me up. For more materials. My time mattered too. I missed time with my special needs son over and over during that time. Which also effected his staff. I couldn't give them an answer because you didnt have the courtesy to even call,the other dates you were supposed to come. It set me back with my move. And instead of apologizing for leaving me hanging you sent me a very unprofessional entitled note. My realtor was witness to it all because she wanted answers too as to when you were coming and was becoming more and more anxious due to the repetitive stand ups and lack of phone calls letting us know you weren't coming thst things wouldnt be cleared out in time or that you might not show up day of move. You brought used boxes and materials the only time you did come. Although they were usable charging me full price for them is unreasonable. You have yet to apologize for the massive inconveniences you caused by not even calling the dates you were to show and let me know you couldn't make it. There were many things I could have been doing those days instead of sitting around twiddling my thumbs wondering if you were coming. I would text you and would not reply even a quick "cant make it today" in a text. My realtor was blown away with your lack of response and note. Your lack of professionalism and entitled attitude instead of a kind apology left us floored. You need to take some ownership my dear. That would be the adult thing to do. It looks as though some very reputable people have also found the lack of grace something that needs to be addressed on this platform as well. I even asked you if you were too overwhelmed to let me know. I said to you I appreciate what you* have* done and understood that you may likely be very busy and asked you to let me know if I was too much to take on. You left me in the dark with that too. Then finally responded said you would come by within the next couple of days and again did not. With no phone call. Your time is not the only valuable time. Please think about that.
