  Just used let’s get moving services today and I couldn’t recommend them enough! There were a few hiccups (not the movers fault, but the building itself) and the two men assigned to my job still did a fantastic job within two hours, even with elevator problems. Next time I move, I am 100% using this company

  I used this company November 2025. They sounded very good as I contacted them for my moving. This moving day was a nightmare. They arrived 1hour late. Didn't bring everything they promised. The 3 guys took their sweet time to start the job. As a senior woman I expected to have a smooth moving as they promised on the phone. They took advantage of my situation because I was alone during the moving. Two guys were taking one box at a time while the other was disassembling the furniture. Just to move my things from the house to the truck they took 4hours. When I asked why they were taking so long they didn't even acknowledge it. At the end of 6 hours I was left with some of the furniture not assembled, some of it ruined and pieces missing. I contacted the company and didn't get any help at all. After paying $1500 for a 6 hour move that should have taken 4 hours they wanted to offer $150 for the nightmare they put me through. The condition of accepting the $150 was to not give the company a bad review. I do not recommend this company at all I am giving 1 star as there isn't any option to give o ZERO. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

  Great service by the guys, they arrived on time and were very professional all through the process. I highly recommend the team assigned to my move and the company.

  I moved last week from a 1-bedroom walk-up apartment (no elevator, tight space, 6 steps to my unit) to a 2-bedroom condo, and I went with Let’s Get Moving based on a friend’s recommendation. I was super happy with the experience. Sumnit and Rohan were my movers and they did an exceptional job. They were pleasant, professional, on time, knowledgeable, and most importantly, confident in what they do. Added tip: if youre flexible, book in the middle of the week, middle of the month for better rates! They also have a min booking time (but it was fine because we definitely couldn't have done it less than 2 hours anyways) From the booking, Andres was friendly and helpful. I received a call a few days before to confirm details, another call before the movers left the office, and one when they arrived. They were also very patient when I wasn’t fully ready on moving day (I suggest to others to have things a little more prepacked!) and were super helpful in making my first move a really easy one. I would definitely use them again for my next move.

  The move went exceptionally well thanks to the wonderful team that assisted me today. Manjot Singh, Shamsher Singh, and Abhayjot Singh were incredibly hard-working, professional, and truly the reason for my five-star review. They handled each delicate item with great care, wrapping everything individually and treating all of my belongings with genuine respect. I felt completely comfortable leaving them unsupervised with my most precious items when I needed to step out, which speaks volumes about their trustworthiness. Let’s Get Moving is very fortunate to have such a reliable and respectful team. Thank you, Manjot, Shamsher, and Abhayjot, for making today both pleasant and stress-free!
