    I give this company only one star because it’s the minimum required, but they do not deserve any. I urge you to stay far away from this company. Having moved multiple times and used various movers, I have never experienced such neglect and damage as I did with this company. More furniture was broken; no one informed me, revealing their blatant disregard and ignorance as movers. They cut the pipe in the laundry room to remove the washing machine, then left it to flood the bottom apartment for two days. When they delivered my belongings, they placed everything—including my dresser and boxes—in one room, even though my dresser and bed were not carried upstairs. Over time, I discovered more broken items. The movers’ incompetence and lack of awareness were astonishing. I shouldn’t be this upset, but I paid this company two thousand dollars to move from Burlington to Oakville. They likely caused around $5,000 in damage, not counting the cost to repair the cut pipe that was gushing water. They never informed me about the flooding. When I called the office, the customer service representative accused me of lying. I have evidence—photos—, beware: these people are dishonest and lazy. They refuse to do what they are asked, invent nonsensical policies, and blatantly ignore customer needs. Many of them couldn’t even speak English properly. This move cost me ten thousand dollars: the moving fee plus damages to my old residence, which I will now have to pay for these repairs as well. This company’s post-COVID exploitation has gone too far. Do not fall for their false promises or think they provide any real service. They were supposed to help with wall disassembly, but they did nothing—refusing multiple times claiming it’s company policy, which is simply untrue. From customer service to management, everything about this company is disgusting. If you call, ask for Roger—he’s apparently a sweetheart, but don’t be fooled. When I reported the cut pipe, he dismissively called me a liar until I sent him proof. This company is stealing from vulnerable people and costing them everything. Stay away.

    We had a great experience with Let’s Get Moving! They were professional, polite, and punctual!! All of our stuff was transported efficiently and safely. We definitely got our money’s worth.

    Great move. Only issue was being late for the booked elevator time so we went over our booked time. It ended up not being an issue for us, but it would have been if someone else had booked the elevator after us.
