  I had a great experience with Let’s Get Moving Brantford. The team was punctual, organized, and very hardworking. They took great care of my furniture and made sure everything was protected while moving. I was especially impressed with how fast they worked without compromising safety or quality. What I appreciated most was their positive attitude and professionalism throughout the entire move. It made a normally stressful day much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy movers.

  I recently used Let’s Get Moving Brantford for my move and honestly the experience was amazing. Moving is usually stressful, but their team made everything so smooth. They arrived on time, handled all my furniture very carefully, and worked really efficiently the whole time. I had some heavy items and fragile things that I was worried about, but they packed and moved everything perfectly without any damage. The crew was also very friendly and professional which made the whole process comfortable. If anyone in the Brantford area needs reliable movers, I would definitely recommend Let’s Get Moving!

  *If you’re thinking to hire this company BEWARE!!!* Dishonest & Inefficient The company did not provide their movers with crucial equipment such as a dolly or cart which drastically slowed the moving process down. Meaning we had to pay more because they bill by the hour. The movers had to resort to using our small trolley that we use for groceries to move our furniture. A one bed, one office 900sqft condo worth of furniture getting moved into a house that is 1km away took the two movers 6hrs. Thankfully I had some girlfriends over, who drastically sped up the process. They were able to help me empty the truck out within half hour. Otherwise I don’t know how long it would’ve taken the movers. I honestly could’ve looked past all this. HOWEVER. What pushed me to leave this review is even after taking WAY longer to move our things, they tried to SCAM me of an extra hour!!! Movers showed up at 9am, finished at 2:45pm. But the original invoice sent to me, billed me for 7hrs of work. On top of that, when I questioned the invoice, I was met with all sorts of made up reasons why they needed to bill me for the extra hour. I was told I need to pay for their time to drop off the moving truck (I googled the nearest U-Haul location, it was 2 mins away) I was told I needed to pay for the time they needed to return their blankets to the warehouse. I’ve included screenshots from their website that completely contradicts everything they told me. According to their policies, I was rightfully only supposed to be billed for 5.45hrs. If that isnt complete dishonesty, I don’t know what is.

  My friend had hired this company to help them move from their condo to a house 3 mins down the street. Good thing I showed up because we had to jump in and start working ourselves in order to get the job done in a timely manner. I felt that this company treats customers very poorly and didn’t train their staff properly/set their staff up for failure. First off apparently management assigned the workers a truck that wouldn’t start. That lead to an additional charge of an extra hour - $130 - because they had to go pick up a U-Haul truck instead. There is a UHaul pick up located 2 mins down the street from us. Next the workers showed up with no dolly, so had to manually move everything 1 at a time. I felt so sorry for them! How can a professional moving company send staff to a job without the tools they need to get the job done! The pace at which they worked was incredibly slow, which is why I had to step in and begin unloading the truck myself! PLEASE SEE PHOTOS OF TWO ASIAN GIRLS UNLOADING TRUCK - THATS ME AND MY FRIEND. If we had not started doing the work ourselves I don’t know how long this job would have taken. Lastly in the middle of unloading the truck, one of the workers stopped working to ask for payment. Upon reviewing the bill we discovered they had charged for 7 hours of work. But the workers showed up at 9 am and it was only 2:15 pm at this point (that’s only 5.25 hrs into the job). They told us that it’s because it would take 7 hrs to complete the job. How can they know how long it takes if it hasn’t been finished?? My friend felt uncomfortable paying until the job was completed as we felt it would not take 7 hrs to finish. Meanwhile the worker who was asking for payment didn’t work from that moment on. Myself, my friend and the remaining worker completed the job by 2:45 pm. That is just under 6 hrs. Then management began to argue that the additional hour is to cover travelling time as well an extra 15 mins was the cost to collect the plastic wrap, blankets and tape that was needed for the job. When we reviewed the contract that was signed it clearly stated that all travelling costs were already included in the initial travel fee we paid. It also stated that the time we pay for begins when they show up at the job until job is completed. When we pointed this out to management they continuously argued with us. They even threatened my friend that we would be billed for the time spent talking on the phone to solve the invoice. Which is insane!! I felt so bad for my friend. Everyone in Brantford steer clear of this fraudulent company!! They will try to swindle you into paying for extra time and nickel and dime you!

  Brutal service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Not only were they late, they showed up without any Dollies, or gloves and even the wardrobe box we were told. I went with this company because the reviews looked great, now i’m starting to think these reviews are fake We live in a 2 bedroom (realistically a 1.5 bedroom) condo and moved down the road. It took the two guys 5 hours to load the truck. I kept telling them to use a dolly because they kept using ours which took away from the speed and efficiency of the move. Overall the company sent two people without equipment to our place which took almost 7 hours to complete a simple move. We hired professional movers and i’m glad we had friends there to help because they were much faster and efficient than what we were provided. We even spent the previous night moving even more boxes to help speed up this moving process.
