  I called and spoke with a woman named Chloe who scheduled a meeting with an advisor for me. I was present and waited for my call for 45 minutes past my appointment time only to find out they needed to reschedule me as an error was made on their end. I had an email confirming this appointment and everything. I had to reach out to them to see what had happened, no attempt to communicate with me made on their end. I messaged Chloe again who told me they would need to reschedule me for after tax season, and I said no worries it happens and tried to schedule for a new date… didn’t get a response again. Sent a follow up text several days later as I understand they are busy and these things can happen, and once again, I did not have anyone reach out to me. I have never tried so hard to give someone my business as they came highly recommended but the severe lack of communication on their end has shown me they are not interested in my time or business.

  Went to Chrisman and Chrisman after dealing with another accountant that had us pay over $20,000 to the IRS because they said we still owed that and more. Called Chrisman and Chrisman out of desperation and a recommendation from a friend. Not only did they see me within two days, but they fixed all of the mistakes the other accountant had made. By starting completely over. with our taxes. We got all of our money back plus some. Because we actually had over paid with our withdrawals. It's been over four years and I'm stilling having Chrisman and Chrisman handle all of our taxes and also our kids taxes. Some years we owe and some years we get a refund. Either way we know that it's being done correctly! That's what really matters! We recommend them to everyone that has had the same kind of nightmare as us or just looking for someone that cares about their customers. Thank You Chrisman and Chrisman!

  I have been using Chrisman & Chrisman for both personal and business taxes for over 5 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! They are all very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your filing. Also helpful that their staff is very friendly and always willing to help no matter what. I've recommended several people here and will continue to do so!
