  I called and spoke with a woman named Chloe who scheduled a meeting with an advisor for me. I was present and waited for my call for 45 minutes past my appointment time only to find out they needed to reschedule me as an error was made on their end. I had an email confirming this appointment and everything. I had to reach out to them to see what had happened, no attempt to communicate with me made on their end. I messaged Chloe again who told me they would need to reschedule me for after tax season, and I said no worries it happens and tried to schedule for a new date… didn’t get a response again. Sent a follow up text several days later as I understand they are busy and these things can happen, and once again, I did not have anyone reach out to me. I have never tried so hard to give someone my business as they came highly recommended but the severe lack of communication on their end has shown me they are not interested in my time or business.

They are always responsive and will help you not only during tax season but with anything that you may receive throughout the year from the IRS or the State. They will send any and all necessary documentation without you having to spend you time digging through your records. Great company, great people, highly recommended!
