Missed the call (I called back Friday evening, over the weekend and 8am Monday morning to no avail) and now it will be almost 2 weeks until the delivery I have waiting for months for. The worst part... they blamed the customer for the delay. Ridiculous *Update* There was a "cancellation" shortly after posting the original review and the delivery was made the next day at 8am. The 30 minute call ahead occurred at 6:00am. I will say that the delivery team (Jeremy) was very professional and friendly once he arrived.
