  The movers at A1 were highly professional, courteous, and respectful. Jess, in the home office, communicated a 3 hour time window to me the day before. On the delivery day, Isaac called to let me know when they were on their way. I was very impressed by their communication and punctuality, as they arrived earlier in the time window, allowing me extra time to enjoy and play. Being a piano technician, I absolutely appreciate the care and expertise used as they handled the move of both of my pianos (6’1” Baldwin Grand & Upright Wurlitzer). These are both delicate instruments and A1 successfully moved both with ease and without damage into their new locations in my home. I was also thrilled to see Greg, as he helped deliver a different grand piano to my mom’s house when I was still in High School. Overall the moving process took less than an hour due to the efficiency and well-executed plan from the movers. They confirmed both piano locations and ensured all parts were secure and working properly before leaving. Jess even followed up the next day to confirm everything was up to my standards, further illustrating their incredible commitment to customer service. I will absolutely be using A1 again for all of my piano moving needs as well as referring them to all of my clients. 10 out of 10 recommend!

  The crew surveyed my prep work first to do their plan of attack. This 2-head embroidery machine was to be placed in the basement. They did their professional work and made this job, that I stressed over, look easy. They are my go-to company. God Bless!

  If I ever need to move a piano again, I would not hesitate to call A1 Piano. They were very quick when responding to my request for a quote and even corresponded by email over the weekend! They called me when they were enroute and were very punctual. The two employees were very friendly and hard working. They took extremely gentle care with the piano during pickup and delivery to its new home. The men even went over and above by offering to move two boxes of music for us. I highly recommend this company!
