  We had a great experience. Our departure time was 10:30am. I received a call from the owner of the company at 10:00 letting me know that our limo had blown an AC line and would not be able to pick us up. At 10:32 a 40 person charter bus equipped with a bathroom and flat screen tv arrived for our party of 12 and we couldn’t believe it. The limo was upgraded and they still kept our day on track. They were initially ahead of schedule which allowed us to still have a smooth day with a huge upgrade! We would recommend to anyone!!!

  Jermaine went above and beyond to rearrange cars and schedules to accommodate us last minute. car was clean and he was beyond polite and a joy to have as a driver. will certainly be back and be recommending.

  To the owner of this business- I dismissed this on the reviews page, as I have never used this service. I'm not sure why this would cause a 1 star rating. Your baseless accusation of "fake account" or any other accusation you send my way does not reflect well on you as a business. "While we appreciate when our valued customers take time to review us, unfortunately we have found no record of you being a valued customer with us. It seems you may have the wrong company as we don't have any record of you ever having visited us, contacted us, or used our services. I’m sure you wouldn’t create another fake review at 3:59am and post it to our Google listing right?! So I am going to assume you have us confused with another company? If it was definitely us then, we'd love the opportunity to make things right and request you leave a very thorough description outlining what made the experience unsatisfactory so we can properly address it, assuming this is a real legitimate review." Since you decided to call me a fake, this review will stay and I do NOT recommend doing business with a company like this.

  We hired this company for a local school fundraiser. Not only did their limousine breakdown during the trip but the owner of the company who was driving the limo at the time promised to give us a discount. When we called back to discuss the discount he refused to give us one and claimed he never promised it. They have ridiculously high prices their limos are worn out on the inside. Don't consider this company when hiring a limousine service!
