I arrived at Cleveland Airport around 11:30 PM, and Les from Shima Limousine went above and beyond by taking the call to pick me up so late—well past his regular shift. Not only was he professional and prompt, but we had a genuinely great conversation during the ride. It was clear he takes pride in what he does and truly cares about his passengers. Thank you, Les, for going out of your way to ensure I had a safe and comfortable ride to my hotel. Your kindness and professionalism made a long travel day end on a great note.

They not only sent the wrong limo on my wedding, but then threatened to cancel and take it back because it was wrong, leaving us with no limo or the wrong one. When we did board said wrong limo, it had no air and we sweat the whole time. The staff was rude, threatening and disrespectful. I would never in a million years recommend them. I'd be better off taking a freaking Uber than this company. FYI they do airport/car pick ups too not just limo so BEWARE!!!!! When I did speak with the office staff she was threatening and rude and lied, even though I had paper and visual proof of what they promised. They should be shut down.
