- JKJohn KeyserAug 9, 20251.0Used them for relocation from Ohio to Arizona. They called me the day before the scheduled move to change the date. Although they did change back to the original date, it was very stressful as we were very busy packing and had to stop and deal with that. They promised to put back together anything they took apart, but there were several items I had to reassemble. They also broke some furniture including our bed and a book case. A shelving unit was water damaged. And my bicycle will need to go to the repair shop to fix the brakes. Overall, I was very disappointed with this company. I felt like the service did not live up to the hype.

They were prompt, professional, friendly and extremely careful and helpful over the two days of our move. It was a temporary move for us, and we will DEFINITELY be calling on them for our next move later this year. We didn't have them do any of the packing/unpacking, but will probably include that in the next move. I can't give them enough stars (and kudos!) Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
