  This was the worst experience. I booked a party bus for my son and 19 of his friends with a bathroom 2 weeks in advance to go from Long Island NY to Medieval Times in NJ, the show started at 7:30. The pick up time was 5:30. At 5:00 the driver called me to tell me he was told the pick up time was between 5:30-6:30 and he was going to be late. I asked if the bus was for 20 people and if it had a bathroom. The driver confirmed it was for 20 people but did not have a bathroom. The drive to NJ is 1.5 hours minimum. I called Ervin who assured me the driver would be at my house by 6:00. I also told Ervin that the bus did not have a bathroom as I had reserved. He did apologize for the mix up and refunded $100.00. The bus did not arrive until 6:20. At 7:30 they were still 45-60 minutes away from their destination. I texted Ervin to let him know that they were going to miss more than half the show. He offered to refund $200.00. I stated it should at least half since they were going to miss half the show which he refused stating that the bus had been dispatched and there were still operating costs. At that point they decided to turn around to come back to the house. Ervin would not issue a further refund He had his driver bring them to a local bar, not 1 mile from our house, and wait there to bring them home. This was very frustrating. The driver was almost an hour late, the wrong bus was sent and they missed the show. I do not recommend this company.

  We had a great time on our party bus for our holiday party which included 23 of us in our group. The driver was amazing and everything was smooth sailing. We went from NYC to Brooklyn and back to NYC. He waited for us and we had full access to the bus from start to finish. I highly recommend their service.

  Bus was on time. My phone hooked up quickly to the Bluetooth. The sound was great. Nice easy ride to city. The driver was in training. He did a great job. Both men were extremely polite and welcoming to all my guests.

  Amazing NYC party bus experience! My friends and I had such a great time from start to finish. Our driver Ervin was super professional and made sure everything went smoothly both on the way there and on the way back (even with us being very drunk lol). We were treated so well, he waited for us all night and it was a fun, stress free trip overall. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a party bus in the city!

  DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS BUSINESS. Let me tell you exactly what happened. We affiliate a customer job to Erwin at NYC Ultimate Party Bus —a simple, straightforward booking. He ruined it. The service was a complete disaster, leaving us no choice but to refund the entire amount to our client. Now, the truly shameful part: he won't take responsibility. Instead, he's spinning lies, blaming our company, and has the nerve to post fake negative reviews about us from different fake profiles. This is the kind of person he is. Look at his own Yelp. The complaints are all the same: unreliable, unprofessional, a scammer who blames everyone but himself. He has a pattern of messing up jobs for affiliates and customers alike. He is a fraud. Save yourself the massive headache and book with literally anyone else. You have been warned.
