We had an amazing experience with J&A from start to finish! We couldn't have asked for a better night for my daughter's Sweet 16! The party bus was perfect - clean, spacious and stocked with cups, ice, and napkins. We were able to connect our phone to play music which really hyped up the vibe. Rodney, our driver, was professional, friendly and made sure we were safe throughout the entire ride. Everything ran smoothly from pick-up to drop-off. Vinny and his team are great to work with. I highly recommend this company for any celebration!

J&A is the best a bus rental could be! Easy communication, excellent service from payment to the day of the event. Owner Vinny is one of the nicest and easy going people, great at running a business! What's included in the vehicle?
Our vehicles come equipped with internal coolers, ice, water bottles, cups, and napkins. We provide luxurious leather wrap-around seating, Bluetooth connectivity, smart TVs, and surround sound systems. Some buses also feature party poles, red carpet roll-outs, and onboard restrooms. Please contact us to discuss available options for your specific needs.
Can we decorate the bus?
We welcome decorations for any occasion on our buses. However, we kindly request that confetti not be used to maintain cleanliness and ease of cleanup.
Can I bring drinks, food or alcohol?
You're welcome to bring any beverages of your choice. If all passengers are 21 years or older, alcoholic beverages are permitted on board.
Do you do tailgate parties?
Indeed, we cater to tailgate parties. Many of our buses are equipped with storage compartments where you can keep tables, coolers, and other essentials for cheering on your team.
Can you drop us off?
Our bus remains at your service throughout the entire rental period. We can certainly drop you off at your destination and the bus will wait in the designated parking area until you're ready to depart.
What happens if I go over my time?
We offer a 10-minute grace period beyond your scheduled time. After this, you'll be required to pay an additional fee upfront for the extra time used.
How do you handle the cleaning of the vehicles during the service?
While we don't expect the bus to be returned in pristine condition, we do ask that all trash be removed and any significant messes be cleaned before departing. Additional fees may be applied for excessive uncleaned messes left behind.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on all our buses. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
How do I pay for my service?
We require a non-refundable 30% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the start of your service.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled event, we can offer to reschedule your service. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations.
