- KLKim LatimerMar 31, 20261.0Brooklyn radio dispatch is the worst car service. They has canceled two ride at the last minute for my medical appts. Leaving me to scramble for another car service or missing appointment completely. Yesterday my driver Carolina C in Blue Toyota Sienna T754645C picked me up she was on the phone for a few minutes. I waited about ten mins. I ask how long as she was driving. She said I am talking to the radio dispatch( in Spanish). And headed towards the parkway I asked her can she please stop talking on the phone her to concentrate on driving. SHE turned around and accused me because I didn't speak Spanish and am not her mother. I laughed that not it. I say my hubby and son in law are Spanish men. She didn't apologize for disrespect. And today 3/31/26 at 6am the Boss of Brooklyn radio dispatch decided to send my car service trip to another car service,. Without inform me , As I wait at 8:45 pick up. I call to find out what keep my ride that how I found out. I am medical patient in need service and this how they treat you. They should be remove from service for medical ride service. Because they don't care or service

- DLdulce lopMar 12, 20261.0This company is not pet friendly. They send you someone who hates animals. Even if you request someone that’s okay taking a dog to the emergency room. A person name Orlando or Osvaldo was send to pick me up and complained that dog can’t ride because leave furr in his car even though my dog was sadly to sick to even touch his car because he was in my arms and to weak to stand. I needed to get my dog to er as quick as possible and the company failed to send me a person who’s okay taking a pet in need. So any Brooklyn pet owners or fellow Hispanics beware of this company. They do not like pet. Will never use this company again even for my medical transports.

- MBmichelle bennettMar 11, 20261.0This company is the worst that i have ever dealt with. they will cancel you at the last minute making you miss your appointment. the customer service department is very rude they will hang up the phone if you ask why your trip was cancelled or where is your driver. if you can’t provide proper service you should not be in business because people have to wait weeks or months for your appointment then you can’t get there because of your bad service

Transportation Managers like Medical Answering Services (MAS) or ModivCare assign trips on the following basis within the appropriate mode of transportation:
1) Enrollee’s freedom of choice.
2) Medical provider’s freedom of choice.
3) rotation.
