  Rented a "blacked out" SUV that only had the rear windows tinted. Instructions were given for the driver to pick up a family in middletown and bring them to Newburgh, where the car would wait for further instructions. The vehicle was going to be used for pictures and local pick-ups.... instead the driver dropped the family off and drove away. The driver seemed uncomfortable with the presence of people of color, and was disrespectful to our young community members who were dressed up and enjoying themselves. The driver was also caught taking pictures of the people he drove around. We made him delete the photos but believe he snuck some more afterwards. We would have been better off with an Uber

  Thank you Joe from Hudson Valley Limousine! Our family had the very best time celebrating an early Christmas gift to see Elf The Musical. We were all very comfortable and we had a relaxing trip. We'll definitely call you again!

  Joe G provided outstanding service to us. We had a Big group with 18 pieces of luggage. He was prompt picking us up from our home as well as our return trip when he picked us up from JFK.   We used A Hudson Valley Limousine for guest transportation at our wedding on 8/31/25, and they were absolutely outstanding. As the bride, I didn’t personally ride the 14-passenger shuttle, but every single guest who did raved about the experience. The driver Melinda was exceptional—friendly, funny, courteous, and truly went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. We booked the shuttle for 7 hours with a designated pick-up and drop-off point, but the flexibility was incredible. Local guests were even dropped off right at their homes at the end of the night, and the shuttle was always available whenever anyone needed it. One couple who could only attend the ceremony mentioned how seamless it was—they walked outside afterward and the shuttle was waiting to take them directly to the drop-off spot. The service made transportation stress-free and enjoyable for our guests, which gave us so much peace of mind on such an important day. Highly recommend—10/10!

  Couldn't be happier with the service and our Driver Joey. He got us in and out of the concert venue without any delays. He even turned around and returned an item my husband had left behind. He arrived early, was very friendly and informative. A true pleasure.
