And now, more so for trips for travel or home from the city. While it is easy to reserve by phone, I like to use the app. Alex is outstanding, very responsive and kind, and he runs a good business. Most all of the drivers are good drivers and they are kind people. Some of them are outstanding, as well. We are so grateful to Alex and the team for their service. They take good care of our family and are a pleasure to work with.
