  Dont use unless you plan on missing appointments or risking your life with their unsafe drivers. Call uber or anyone else. Not worth wasting your time. Stay away

  This was a while ago but after seeing other reviews, I will tell of my experience. I used this service for a long time. They were very nice people with decent prices until about two-three years ago. I don't have a car so I had to use a taxi to take my pets to the Veterinarian. The last time that I did it was an emergency. The trip there was $75 plus a $5 tip. The trip home was $100 plus a $15 tip. It was later at night so I had to pay because there was no other way to get home. I am so disappointed because my mother always used them years ago so I used them because I thought that I could count on them. I could at first but not anymore. I don't recommend them AT ALL especially now because I have to ride the bus.

  I called them on a Sunday evening to schedule a ride from NJ to PHL airport for my 70 year old grandmother at 5am the next morning. They asked me to text them the address for pickup, and time, which I did. The morning of, they never arrived, leaving my grandmother without anyone to call. HORRIBLE service. Don't rely on them to be where they say they'll be at all.

  They were the most rudest people I've ever encountered in my life!!! They will never have to worry about us again!!! Very unprofessional and rude!!!
