The complaint is based on handling and care.I will say we had issue's with dates being moved and pushed back and had to reschedule multiple times. They were very understanding and good about that. I read alot of good reviews and was referred by a family friend. So I guess it was just a bad day and it happened to be a one time in 10 years k8nd of thing, Idk. But they damaged the washer,(which was only 6 months old) and the bottom of my headboard. They scratched up the bedroom set from the master bedroom on the footboard and dresser. We got rid of it and bought a new bedroom set . We also got rid of a curio cabinet that they had scratched up on the bottom sides from the dolly. I did not take picture's because I wasn't planning on doing a review, but since they sent an email asking for one, why not. I'm not one to complain or write reviews, but the advice I'm giving is to read reviews and check things over at least if not right away, as soon as possible. These are all things you don't really notice or pay attention to until the movers are gone and boxes are gone and put away etc. This is only the second time ever moving so not really much experience as to what to expect or look out for. They also forgot the washer and dryer at the old house. They had to go back to pick it up, and I had to go back to meet them there. To be honest what is there really to do to make it better ? Money off isn't going to replace the damaged stuff. It's also a he said she said type of situation. I myself would not recommend them as there were multiple issues and not just one incident. You can't replace/fix certain items once damaged.

I am getting ready to move, how much notice do you need?
A week is great, but sometimes we can work around your schedule. During the summer months of June/July/August it is the busiest time for moving companies. We suggest booking your move at least two to three weeks in advance during this time. Please call as soon as you have your moving date to get on our schedule.
Will my estimate cost any money?
No, our travel costs to your site for the estimate survey are covered by Varsity Moving.
How much will it cost me per hour?
Please call us for an estimate. We charge a base hourly rate, with a 3-hour minimum. Other travel fees could be associated with the move, depending on its location.
Will you move the stuff into my garage too?
Absolutely!
Do you move kitchen/laundry appliances?
We will move any appliance, but they do have to be disconnected, and we do not reconnect them. Water lines, specifically.
