  Used the service for my airport transfer at JFK, they really exceeded my expectations as the chauffeur was waiting for me beforehand and was very courteous and professional.

  The driver was late, the bus smelled like urine, the floor was sticky and there was fingerprints and smudge marks all over the mirrored ceiling.

  Disappointed to write this review as we are not ones to complain, however I feel it is necessary. The service delivered did not match what was advertised or what we paid for, and several sanitary and operational issues made the vehicle unusable as contracted.The bus arrived late, delaying the start of our trip. We called the company and they said to call to driver. Upon boarding, we immediately noticed a strong urine odor coming from the bathroom area. The floors were sticky, the bus was visibly dirty, and there was dust and debris throughout the interior. The ice bin also contained leftover ice and napkins from a previous group. The condition of the bus made it clear that it had not been cleaned prior. A working bathroom was one of the main reasons we selected this higher-priced vehicle, especially since we only had a group of 8 and could have rented a smaller, less expensive bus. The bathroom was completely non- functional it was stuffed with napkins, would not flush, and appeared extremely unclean. No one in our party used the bathroom due to its condition. The driver was unable to repair it, and we were forced to use a port-a-potty. The TV also did not work. We were told that we needed to provide a SIM card, which was never disclosed before the rental.The temperature inside the bus was also uncomfortably cold even after adjusting the heat. We directly emailed the company to address these issues and request an adjustment to the price to reflect the actual services provided. Instead of acknowledging the problems, the company responded by arguing that our concerns were not true and that they had fulfilled the contract. We requested a refund or price adjustment to reflect the rate for a basic bus for eight people without a functional bathroom or TV—since that is essentially what we received. The company has refused to resolve the issue, they did offer $300 refund, however it is not nearly enough as the main functions of the bus; bathroom, cleanliness, TV, and heat were nonfunctional.

  I would never book with this company. The driver was late. I called to ask where the driver was, and they told me to call the driver myself. When we got on the bus, the floors were sticky. We got this particular bus to use the bathroom and it was clogged. We opened the bathroom door and a strong smell of urine flooded the bus. The driver blamed us for the clog and no one from our group used it. After addressing this issue with the company, they continued to blame us and said we were incorrect with our statements. Do not use this company!
