  Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Prompt, polite and exceptional service. I used their services for my daughter's birthday party. The owner who I spoke to make arrangements was kind, accommodating and definitely proud of his business. The driver was the same. I have referred at least a half a dozen colleages for services.

  had an excellent experience with NJ Limo Bus. The bus was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The driver was professional, punctual, and made sure everyone felt safe and taken care of the entire ride. The booking process was easy, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend NJ Limo Bus for any event or special occasion — they truly deliver quality service.

  Very unprofessional and rude. Non accommodating to requests and left 10 mins before the required contracted time then decided to be very rude when spoken to about that. Demanding as well in regards to tipping which I would happily obliged but tipping was mentioned as soon as we arrived for the ride. Overall need to fix their customer service experience and tone when speaking to customers.
