  My experience with this company overall was unpleasant. Things were okay right up until after I paid my deposit, how convenient. Moving day: The 1 star is because the drivers turned out about to be nice guys. They were well over an HOUR late. Not sure if it was their fault or a company logistics issue due to overbooking. So I wasn’t too mad at the drivers. My main issue was the customer service. The company’s call reps were not at all pleased with us calling to determine their drivers ETA on moving day despite them being almost two hours late. When we asked about the ETA, the call center representatives were very rude and left us on hold without coming back to the phone several times. After calling back several times, we asked to speak to a manager, they said okay, placed us on hold, then the call suddenly disconnected, so we got the hint and gave up. When the movers arrived we had to ask them to call the company for us and they did. They connected us with Katrina. We were then told by Katrina that we could speak to a manager about the poor customer service, she reluctantly and rudely claimed that we would receive a call back, which we never did. When then realized she was part of the problem as well. Katrina did not like that we wanted to speak to someone about the customer service. When I called back a day later, because of course the unavailable manager never ever called back. Katrina arrogantly told me that I was trying to revamp their company to my liking, all because I demanded to speak to a manager who never ever seems to be available. She said that I didn’t “understand” their process. Your choice, price or customer service. Just know that if something goes wrong, it probably will NOT get resolved. They suck!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with this moving company. The movers were focused, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. They handled everything with care and made the move stress-free. I’m really glad I chose them — the price was great too! I’d definitely choose them again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a move.
