- JPJennifer PurpuriAug 30, 20251.0DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They shattered my $1500 makeup vanity. They TOOK my vanity from my home and have not returned it to me… They told me it was my issue since I didn’t purchase insurance - but insurance was NEVER offered to me. They then lied to me and told me they would replace the vanity but then said it’s discontinued so they would not be able to. It’s not discontinued - I found it online and sent it to them and they refused to acknowledge it and will not replace it. I’ve been going in circles with these people since my move. The wife who is the “secretary” constantly tells me the owner (her husband) isn’t working so he can’t call me to discuss the fact that his workers broke my vanity. They also quoted me 2k for my move and ended up charging me over 3k after breaking my vanity!! Do not trust a quote from them!! I high suggest never using this company if your value your belongings.

They handled all our stuff like it was their own and made sure everything was delivered with care. We had no issues at all—everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend them for a stress-free move!

The team showed up on time, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly proficient. Our entire three bedroom house was loaded into a truck, storage items dropped off at a storage facility, and unloaded in our new residence within the course of just over 5 hours. Our move was not far but did include some heavy and oversized items which were well handled The final cost, including premiums for the heavy items, was more than fair for the amount of items moved. I would highly recommend anyone considering a move to consider using Bob Plaza movers to complete the move. We will definitely use them again.
