The drivers both ways were friendly, pleasant and professional. The van was clean and comfortable. My only issue was with reservations. The people I spoke with were kind and friendly but I was put on hold for long periods of time and transferred several times with in the same call. When my incoming flight was delayed I tried to contact company and my cell service was spotty. There was no way to text the company or driver. I now know the drivers monitor the flight and will wait for your arrival. While in Nebraska I recommend this service to everyone both locals and travelers. Thanks for t(is Great option to fly into your area.
