  The crew was amazing. Treated us with respect and went above and beyond. 42 step condo they moved beds washers and sleep number bed.

  The crew at Pink Zebra is efficient, hard working, reasonably priced, and genuinely interested in adapting in order to give the customer what their situation requires. Everyone is friendly and cooperative. We added a substantial amount to the move after their estimate and yet the crew only went fifteen minutes over the estimate. IMPRESSIVE!

  I had a very disappointing experience last October with Pink Zebra during a local move in Wilmington, NC. They irreparably damaged a cherished family heirloom—a thick, glass coffee table that belonged to my grandmother. This table has been in my family for decades and has previously been moved by professional companies many times without incident. I had purchased full-value replacement insurance, expecting that any damage would be addressed appropriately. However, Pink Zebra declined to honor the full replacement cost, citing the damage as "cosmetic" even though none of the provided documentation mentioned such exclusions. They did offer me a fraction of the full replacement cost, about 10% to be exact, which hardly covers what I will have to pay to have it remade. The damage is more than cosmetic. The table’s aesthetic is ruined, rendering it unusable in my home. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the movers did not disclose the damage at the time. I only became aware of it the following day. This was particularly disheartening given that I had provided lunch for the moving crew and tipped each of them generously, despite other incidents—including a dropped piano resulting in a noticeable ding and a broken brick step, which also cannot be repaired. Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise extreme caution before hiring this company. The lack of transparency regarding insurance coverage and the handling of my belongings fell far short of my expectations.

  WoW! 🤩 There is so much to say about this incredible crew of so much muscle, brains, and heart 🚚💜 First and foremost, they SHOWED UP when I really needed them most 🙏🏻 I had been working with two other movers the days prior who actually did not do just that. These guys arrived ready to hustle to get the job done quickly and with care. They were all mighty and thoughtful in their work 📦 For me, moving is right at the top of most stressful life events and they were like real brothers/family who wanted to see it through and make it happen together. I cannot say enough about what a difference it makes during the process when a moving team stays positive from start to finish 😊 No doubt it is absolutely exhausting physical work (I admire their strength to do it so often), but it takes mental strength as well to stay optimistic and see the end in sight even when the person/family who is moving cannot. This crew was such a pleasure to work with and share smiles together from start to finish ✨ Larry was an amazing team leader and was quick to come up with solutions when any challenges were faced throughout the day - he was on it! That gave me peace knowing he was already taking care of it so I did not have to worry. I had friends who arrived to help as they could that day and they can also vouch for how good our experience was with Pink Zebra 🌟 They saw my move through until the very end, even after having had such a long work day prior too. These guys are all aces! You would be lucky to have them on your team anytime you must make the next move 👍🏻👍🏻 (🏠 = 3BR, but more like 4 plus full garage)
