  Pink Zebra Moving did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their movers were extremely efficient, professional, and hardworking throughout the entire move. They showed up on time, came prepared, and worked nonstop while still being careful with our belongings. What really stood out was how organized and efficient the team was—everything was packed, loaded, and unloaded with purpose and precision. Heavy items, tight spaces, and logistics were handled without hesitation, and the crew maintained a positive, professional attitude the entire time. Our move was completed smoothly and faster than expected, with zero damage and excellent communication throughout the process.   The quote price was spot on accurate for the final cost and the movers were friendly and helpful. However, I was missing a step ladder and a Samsung sound bar after the move. It took 3 days and me calling 5 times to finally find out that the sound bar had been found but the step ladder had been lost. I paid $57.63 for this 3 step HBTower step ladder last year on Amazon. Based on Pink Zebra's claim repayment, they would reimburse me $7.14 because the item weighs 11.9lbs and they pay $0.60 per pound for a lost item. What an absolute joke. I am okay with a partial reimbursement because I didn't select the full cost reimbursement option, which I don't even remember being offered or told about (this is a whole different complaint). But, offering me $7 for an item I have a receipt for showing I paid $57 is just insulting. I am writing this review to warn others about how they handle lost items so they don't end up in the situation I am in. Beware. My fragile ornament box also fell off the stack of boxes on a dolly during the move. And one piece of my furniture was damaged.

  We had the absolute best experience with Pink Zebra. From the front office coordinator to the crew on the day of, we had a seamless move. The 3 gentlemen that moved us were extremely efficient, took genuine care of our belongings like they belonged to them and were incredibly personable. We would 100% recommend them and use them again if we moved.

  We had an excellent experience using Pink Zebra Moving for our move to a 3rd floor apartment. Jeb and Larry were courteous, efficient, and professional. They moved all of our bulky furniture with ease and did so without waking my sleeping roommate. Definitely worth the money for such quality service and their pricing is one of the most affordable we could find in the area for a single day move. I'd definitely use them again for my next move if I get great movers like Jeb and Larry! Thank you both for the amazing job!
