- TRTaylor Rossi3 days ago1.0ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOVE OF A LIFETIME!!!! I am still crushed and heartbroken from this moving experience. Pink zebra will not do the right thing and even file a claim through their insurance for all of the damages to my furniture. There were 3 movers assigned to my move and this move took 8.5 hours. They all confirmed they had not worked with the company for more than a handful of days. Clueless as how to properly move and pack the furniture safely and respectfully caring for your belongings. I cried for over 2 hours of this move just watching helplessly as they dropped things, laughed as they carried out my "3 legged chair" they busted off an entire leg. Scooting and scuffing my furniture through the moving truck and across concrete in the driveway. I asked for my washer and dryer to be wrapped as they were brand new - he disregarded my wishes and slapped it into a dolly and wheeled it on out to the truck. THEY BUSTED OFF TWO LEGS OF MY BRAND NEW DINING TABLE!!! My master bedroom furniture set is destroyed. Every single dresser/chest corners are busted to pieces. Night stand surfaces scratched. I need to add that we were bold face lied to by the movers. One of them looked me in the eyes and told me that he wasn't positive the table legs weren't cracked or busted off before hand?!?! Another mover laughed and corrected him saying "man, I moved that table out of the house.. it was not broken". There are missing coconut shells from my barstools which are unique and irreplaceable. We had to provide the movers with beverages as they had no waters on hand.. we felt sorry for them to begin with. My husband is also missing several items from his nightstand/belongings. His iPhone charger and a bottle of cologne. we've searched every inch of every box and neither have turned up. We allowed one of the movers to use one of our chargers and he took it with him. I am not one to leave reviews like this.. but to say I am appalled and devastated over the anxiety and stress this move caused myself and family - would be a major understatement. I truly hope and pray this review finds whomever has an upcoming move before you schedule with this company. You will have your heart ripped out as you settle into your new home after a painfully stressful move, to look around at all your busted, damaged belongings. Shame on you Pink Zebra.

- TBTammy BarbourNov 12, 20251.0Crew was over 2 hrs late showing up at my house on moving day. Took almost 8 hrs to load up. They were supposed to arrive at my new house at 11 the next morning but didn't show up until almost 2 pm. Some of my furniture was damaged. Solid cherry headboard cracked on one corner. Refrigerator door handle badly scratched. New scratches and chips that were not previously there on furniture legs. One of the workers stole my brand new-in-box Breville Mini Smart Toaster Oven and then denied it was ever loaded even though I have a photo of it in my house stacked with boxes, and also a photo of it being loaded onto the truck. Pam was not prompt with responses at all and the office never answered the phone. I moved 3.5 hrs away and was told I would see the truck weight ticket but never saw it, and was charged for 10K pounds at a cost of almost $6000. They sent me a check for $150 as compensation. It cost me $93 to replace the refrigerator door handle and $160 to buy a replacement toaster oven. I would not recommend this company. Pam was all nice and chatty and promised me everything would go smoothly, but it was far from that. Worst moving experience I have ever had.

They showed up right on time, were extremely careful with every item, and worked efficiently without ever rushing. They were professional, respectful, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the whole move. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. Moving can be stressful, but they made it genuinely easy. Highly recommend this team!
