They make the whole process so easy— booking online, several helpful emails leading up to the move to prepare, and the move itself. Nate, Tres, Jaden and Nic R were so professional, pleasant and fast! They were efficient while still being very careful with all of our belongings. I also appreciated that while we reserved two trucks in case we needed the space, they don’t charge for the second truck if you don’t end up needing it (which we didn’t!) Their pricing is upfront, fair, and incredibly worth it for the peace of mind you get working with them.

They arrived on time, inventoried what needed to be moved, took extra care when moving my furniture, and even helped add additional tape/cushioning to some of my items. We moved the week of Thanksgiving and the whole crew was polite, helpful, efficient, and simply amazing!! The prep day was very helpful and on both this day and the moving day, the crew were prompt and wonderful. All of our items were moved without damage and the team helped us prep for an unplanned additional storage unit. Our moving team—Naim (team leader), Mo, and Addison—were exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout. They arrived a full hour before our scheduled time and finished the job an hour faster than the original estimate! The team checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted, and even went above and beyond by helping us carry some items to our personal car (which was definitely not part of their job description). Their professionalism and willingness to help made a big difference. Thank you to Naim, Mo, Addison, and Dogwood Moving Company for such a positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone moving in the Raleigh area!
