  They sound very genuine when you talk to them, especially Brian, who traps you with the way he speaks, but he is not trustworthy. They ask for full payment before providing the service, and the quality of their work is very poor. They broke my bed frame and the glass on my coffee table—both are very expensive items. They left without informing me about any of the damage. They never answer calls when you try to ask about the things they broke, even though Brian said before hiring them, “I will buy new items if I break anything.” After a month, he finally responded and said the reason he broke my furniture was the low price I paid. So be careful, guys—if he gives you a discount, you can expect him to damage your furniture and then call it “karma.” I sincerely request everyone to stay away from this moving company.
