- TBTez BattalAug 30, 20251.0The short guy with the beard was rude to me. There were bunch of customers in line and he was alone. So I can somewhat understand his burden. However it is a weekend and online system tells them how many customers are coming and at what time. At this day and age if he won't be solving staff logistics problem he shouldn't do this job. It is kind of oxymoron that this happening in a U-haul store. I was 4th in line it took me 45 minutes to get his "awesome" service. The whole experience the mess in the store reminded me 1960's town shops. Long story short there are at least 2 more stores nearby don't even bother going to this one. This way short guy with the beard can vape his cigarette alone inside the store without any customers.
