  Not the friendliest group of people. I dealt primarily with Audra, and throughout my interactions with her, it often felt less like I was a customer and more like she was doing me a favor. I had shipped several boxes to their location, which they received and held without issue. However, when I went to pick them up, her demeanor remained the same. She mentioned that 48 hours’ notice was required for pickups, something that had never been communicated to me until I was standing there. She gave vague directions on where to collect the packages, and after a short wait, another employee appeared and told me he was at a different bay. I could only fit half the boxes in my car, and when I said I’d return after dropping them off, he told me he’d just leave the rest outside for me to collect later. While they did handle my packages safely, the overall experience lacked warmth or professionalism, and it did not make me want to use their services again or recommend them to others.

  This was an excellent experience for us. Everyone moving our things was considerate, friendly, and personable. Our move was barely within the 500 mile limitation for using only their staff and trucks, so we also had the same staff unloading our belongings. Love using local!

  Gasperson is an amazing group of people. We have an ongoing project with them, and Audra, Tom and Dwayne have gone out of their way to accommodate us.

  I have moved from state to state several times and none of those moves can match my experience with Gasperson. I was treated so well begining at the top with Tom Hunnicutt . He was accomodating and supportive through the whole process. Adam and Marvin packed me up in Asheville and delivered my belongings to Summerville and were incredible and treated me with respect and again were supportive and accomodating. The even helped decide where several pieces of furniture should be placed in my new home. Thanks y'all!
