Overall, the service was good, though I did have some minor trust concerns during the move.
The sales representative was friendly, and we initially booked a 3-person, 1-truck service. The customer support team was also very kind, responsive, and easy to reach. They provided clear communication, proper notices, and were always available whenever we had questions. Up until moving day, everything went smoothly.
On moving day, I was expecting three movers, but only two arrived. They acknowledged the mix-up and assured me that the difference would be adjusted in the final price, which I appreciated.
I especially want to appreciate one of the movers who was very kind and professional. He was respectful, easy to communicate with, and made the overall process feel much smoother and less stressful. I truly appreciated his attitude and work ethic.
Since the billing was on an hourly basis, I was also helping with the move to keep things efficient. During that time, I noticed one of the movers using the escalator in a way that seemed unusual - pressing both the up and down buttons and moving between floors in a way that didn’t always seem necessary. On one occasion he ended up at the underground level and mentioned it was accidental. It may very well have been unintentional, and I don’t want to make accusations. However, after noticing similar instances multiple times, it did raise some trust concerns for me. I’m simply sharing this as part of my experience.
That said, they honored their promise to adjust the final price, handled all items carefully without any damage or scratches, and completed the move within the budget I had in mind. In the end, the total cost aligned with what I expected, and I’m thankful the move was completed successfully.
Overall, despite a few concerns, the service was good and cost-effective.
