He pointed and read the contract to me like I was a child when I went to pay with a money order from my bank. He insisted he had told me that it would have to be usps or wal mart the day before - he did not, he simply suggested those places as possible options to get a money order from. I had to call and get it approved with the manager and while I was on the phone doing so he said that he was calling the owner of the company, not just the manager. He kept asking why I couldn’t just zelle him. After I already got the money order. He consistently commented that I had too much stuff (I paid for it all to be moved, whose business is it how much stuff I have - also it was within reason for a two bedroom apartment.) His partner cussed repeatedly while dropping my bed frame on the floor.
- CWColleen WakeleyJul 18, 20221.0Contracted for pickup in Great Falls and delivery in Woodland Park, CO by July 7, 2022. Picked up on time but have failed to deliver our belongings. Keep saying they can't find a driver. They had weeks to find a driver after giving the estimate for the move. Gave another date of delivery between July 8-18. July 18 they have stated they have moved our belongings from the warehouse to a trailer but still don't have a driver. What difference does it make if it's in a trailer if you still can't/won't deliver? Only after failing to deliver on the first contracted date did they say they don't move interstate and it is corporate's responsibility to find a driver! Have contacted Atlas Van Lines repeatedly and given the same run around. They have reneged on their contract twice. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
