- BHBrandon HemplerAug 13, 20252.0As you can see from the other reviews this company has issues when it comes to honesty and doing the right thing. The actual ground workers doing the lifting and loading are great, the management and decision makers had integrity issues when it came to my move. I had to put items into storage before them getting delivered to my home (military). Apparently the items got rained on during the transfer and then put into non climate controlled storage for a month. Well, since this was the middle of summer, science took over and the Petri dish experiment began. Mold on a ton of things. Sofas, beds, wood furniture. All moldy. Thousands of dollars of damage and ruined furniture. We refused shipment of anything that had mold growing on it. They said that they would have experts analyze it. The experts said it was “dust and debris.” No doubt there is some small town collusion to not legally being held liable for mold. Long story short, because of the dishonesty of the “experts” our claim was only paid on fractions of what was lost. In all, $12,000 of damage covered by $1,100. This was 2 years ago and we are finally refilling the drained savings account to have a furnished home. Just don’t put your stuff in storage here. They will not take responsibility for issues under their watch.

They will quite you a reasonable price on the phone and schedule your move but when the movers arrive they will then try to upcharge you claiming the company quoted you the wrong price. They tried to charge me an extra $100. The movers were also very lazy and unprofessional. STAY FAR AWAY!
