  Can't go wrong with the Enterprise Truck Rental in North Kansas City. Make sure to ask for Justin J or Grant T. They will take great care of you. They made my rental check out and return go so smoothly

  Justin was a lifesaver! After a long butterfly effected couple of traveling days, I finally arrived in Kansas City. I was told my reservation would be fine by the travel agency, they were wrong. The airport was out of cars and so were lots of other locations. I finally found this location, made the reservation only to get a call from Justin saying they didn't have their shipment in yet. I was so immediately defeated. He said he should get it in about 30 minutes and would call me back if they came in. I was so tired of traveling and was willing to take anything. He did call me back and gave me great news! He asked if I still needed one to which I said I'll take anything. He joked and said even a cargo van? I said anything! He laughed and said he'd have a truck ready for me when I got there! I hopped on the shuttle took and uber and was there in 25 minutes! He was very helpful and kind! If I'm ever in Kansas City again, I will definitely go back!
