  I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at the North Kansas City branch. I had a confirmed reservation made the day prior and drove over 40 minutes to pick up the vehicle, only to be informed upon arrival that the vehicle I requested was not available. What was most frustrating is that no one from the location contacted me to notify me of this issue in advance, which would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements. When I arrived, there were multiple employees present, including the manager, Kevin Benton, who was in his office on the phone. Unfortunately, rather than offering a solution, I was simply told the vehicle was unavailable and received only an apology. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable and does not reflect the standard of service customers should expect. I strongly recommend that this issue be addressed so future customers are not placed in the same situation.

  We’ve been renting trucks for the live entertainment business nearly 40 years, and this location is among the very best we’ve ever worked with. Their trucks & vans are clean, well-maintained, and reliable, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and on top of our needs. Definitely worth the drive from anywhere in the metro for an overall superior truck/van rental experience. In the rare event that we’ve ever had issues or problems, they’ve solved them and made them right without a hassle. In short, these folks rock!

  Didn't know this place existed until a quick Google search. Now i know where to rent equipment that I normally dont use when I need it. The team where i rented a 3/4 Ram 2500 made the whole ordeal a breeze. Rates are really reasonable.
