    These guys are the absolute Best. From the customer service over the phone to the guys showing up and helping with the move. Everyone had such a great attitude and work very hard from start to finish. Will never move with another company again and will always recommend them.

    I had a an extremely bad experience with pink zebra and chose them based off the amazing customer service of Hope who I spoke to when cold calling companies for quotes, The team of 2 I hired showed up with the owner who drove the truck, he had to move the truck to a more accessible location so during the 8 minutes of the truck being moved, me and my female bestfriend both were moving things closer to the curb to save time- while both the movers just stood there watching us- I mentioned I sprained my wrist a month prior which is the only reason I hired movers (I never have before since it is expensive) to which one of the guys was like ‘well you shouldn’t be doing that!’ As he continued to just watch me and my friend move heavy boxes and just stand there not helping us at all. Once the truck got parked the owner left since he wasn’t part of the two man team I had hired and it got worse since the owner wasn’t present. Both movers weren’t even bringing dolly’s up to my apartment(7 minute walk to and from the truck-500 sq ft apartment) I have never hired movers prior but because if my injury chose to and ended up doing the work myself all day anyway. There were times I had a fully loaded hand truck dolly (which thankfully I had borrowed from a friend prior to day of) that I was about to carry down while a mover was trying to carry my lightweight couch cushions, and I had to literally say ‘could you take heavy stuff and I’ll take the lightweight stuff?’ The day continued like that, at one point I asked for my chewy box to be put in the laundry room not livingroom since it’s cat litter and he walked to the bedroom and I said no sorry the laundry room, and he said with an attitude ‘I don’t know where that is at this place!’ Overall that was one of my two movers, the second was apologetic for his partners demeanor but was also not fast or very motivated as far as organization and follow through of getting things moved down to the truck from the first location. When we arrived at the second they both seemed to move faster since the owner showed back up and was actually helping them carry things in as well. Logistically not impressed with the entire teams ability (one of them admitted it was his first day at this company, but he had worked as a mover prior as well)- my bagged clothing on hangers were all thrown in a pile in the corner of the room so I hung those up and tried to organize things as they were brought in. My bed was left against the wall and not put onto the frame which are small things but I felt would have made my experience better. I did initiate a conversation with the owner before they left about the behavior of his staff and he apologized as well as admitted he could tell the one guy was irritated when he came back to drive them to the second location. Looking back I would think an owner would have initiated a conversation with the customer at some point to apologize for that or see what had happened. He offered to take 100 off my bill for the extra time they had taken by choosing to try to carry things individually instead of on dolly’s( which meant I was loading and unloading my personal dolly most of the day to make up for their time wasted on individual trips to the truck( it was a far walk as well across my whole building, down an elevator, then another block or so out to the truck) however I was quoted 740 initially ($160 per hour) over the phone, and by check out he removed 100 and still charged me 820 in total. 720 right there plus the 100 dollar deposit I had already paid. This was a very expensive move that I was willing to pay for because I wanted to get it taken care of and I was assured when booking over the phone that they are extremely helpful and even make your move fun- but am extremely disappointed with the bad customer service and work ethic I was met with. The owner did admit he has an ‘A team’ and they’re much better and you can request their best people when hiring them, those people were just not available that day. I wish they would have told me that and let me book a different day.

    These guys are the best! They really took care of us and our stuff. From initial contact with Dawon, he was clear about costs and scheduling. The crew showed up ready to work and hustled their behinds off. Protected my stuff and my home while they did it as well! Clean, swift, PERFECT! They really took care of me, so I threw some extra to the crew so they could enjoy their weekend as well! GREAT JOB, GUYS!!! I appreciate the hell out of you!

    These folks were incredibly kind. It was an hourly job. One guy busted his ass and the other guy was very slow, like sloth slow. I felt like he was drawing out the time so I would have to pay more. I barely saw him while the other guy wrapped, padded and brought the furniture down to him directly on the truck. All he had to do was secure it to the truck. At one point, I got on the truck to help move him along. They were both very nice but watch your hourly rate and be sure both guys are working. They were only moving my things, to a one bedroom apartment and I moved all the boxes myself. It wasn’t that much stuff to require 4 hours. They did confirm the day before which was appreciated. They also left me some snacks which was a kind gesture.
