    I am writing this review to formally document a very disappointing experience and ensure it is clearly tied to an active claim: Case #140153. I recently had the opportunity to speak with Charlotte from Customer Service, who was professional and took the time to listen. I explained several unresolved issues related to a prior move that had already been completed, including a courtesy that ownership explicitly promised would be provided. Unfortunately, that promise was not honored. When I attempted to follow up directly with the owner—who instructed me to contact him personally (Evan)—he refused to take my calls or respond, leaving me with no choice but to escalate through customer service and public documentation. Beyond the broken promise, the quality of service during the move itself was poor. After vacating the prior apartment, materials were left behind that should have been removed as part of the service. Additionally, there was damage left to doors and windows, which was not acknowledged or addressed proactively. These are not minor oversights—these are basic expectations when hiring a professional moving company. Even more concerning was an incident that occurred under the radar during the move. One of the company’s drivers accepted cash directly from my wife, outside of any formal invoice, receipt, or documented transaction. This was never disclosed beforehand, never explained afterward, and raises serious concerns about internal controls, professionalism, and transparency. While Charlotte handled the call appropriately and documented the situation, the overall experience reflects poor performance, lack of accountability, and failure to stand by commitments made by ownership. Communication stopped once payment and the move were completed, and responsibility was avoided rather than resolved. I am posting this review so the facts are accurately recorded and not dismissed or reframed later. I would urge anyone considering this company to get everything in writing, confirm who is authorized to accept payment, and thoroughly inspect their property before and after the move.

    Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Triple AAA Movers did a poor job during our move in May—lack of professionalism, careless handling, incomplete work, and zero attention to detail. Instructions were not followed, the job was rushed, and we were left dealing with issues that should never happen with a “professional” moving company. What makes this worse is what happened after the move. When I reached out to remedy the situation, the owner personally acknowledged the problems and offered a courtesy move to make things right. That offer was never honored. Follow-ups went unanswered, promises weren’t kept, and the resolution they committed to simply disappeared. Mistakes happen. But failing to stand behind your word is unacceptable. If you’re considering this company, understand this: They may apologize, they may promise a fix—but don’t count on them to follow through. Based on my experience, once they have your money, accountability ends. I would not recommend Triple AAA Movers to anyone who values their time, belongings, or peace of mind.

    AAA Movers was top notch! From scheduling to the move to follow up, they surpassed all my expectations. Senior Moving Consultant, Scott Dillon was friendly and accommodating. The movers, Blake Nelson, Bryan Garcia, Jose D Garcia, Zack Gillen were professional, polite and efficient. I truly appreciate AAA Movers!

    Beware of AAA Movers Very bad experience. AAA Movers charged me almost $2,000 more than the quote, which itself was already about 20% higher than the original estimate. They get you to sign with a very low quote, then verbally assure you there is “cushion room” and that the final price will be less. That was not true. They also damaged my new home and furniture — walls were damaged, furniture and a TV stand were crushed, TV power cables and TV feet were missing, making my TVs unusable. Their damage compensation was unacceptable. Instead of paying for the actual cost of damaged items, they paid based on weight, valuing missing cables and TV feet at $0.60 per pound. This does not cover real replacement or repair costs. This felt like a bait-and-switch situation with poor handling of belongings and unfair damage claims. Beware before booking AAA Movers.

    Our Coordinator Travis, was very quick and on task with figuring out our big move, he was a great communicator! The crew that we worked with were exceptional, every one of them were so hard working kind and fun! AAA is a 10 all around!! Thank you!!!
