  Antonio, Caleb and George were amazing! They had great communication, and made a plan right away as they got to my place. They wasted no time in moving my things after a heavy snowfall. I was so impressed by their professionalism and motivation to finish the moving job. They were also so respectful. I would recommended them to anyone again again and again.

  Our experience from the first phone call with Tiffany was excellent. Her coordinating our needs made our worries go away. Our movers headed by Jack along with Alex and Ben. All 3 of them were outstanding, courtesy, efficient and very professional. They were able to complete their job almost an hour earlier than estimated. We will highly recommend AAA movers for anyone’s moving needs. Thank you so much for making our day!

  AAA moved my parents from their home of 60+ years into a Senior living facility. They were on time, very friendly, and courteous. They took great care in covering/protecting all items. They assembled all the furniture and placed it in its spot at the new place. The entire move went much smoother than I expected. I would 100% recommend AAA movers to anyone planning a move.

  AAA Movers is just marvelous ! I read reviews before hand and they certainly live up to and beyond they're reviews. I've never used Movers before and l was very impressed !! They are careful to cover entry door frame, lay long mats on where they are moving things, wrap your furniture, even did some vacuuming. The system they have is really phenomenal !!! I had 3 guys (Blake/Dennis/Jose), very respectful, courteous, kind, and attentive. I live where there is an elevator and one guy is in the apartment moving things to the elevator, sends it down to another guy, and then in to the truck. That system sure saves time AND that is exactly what they did which saved me $550.00. I will definitely pass this along to people that will be moving. Without a doubt, l would hire them again !!!! Oh and Tiffany, l cannot forget this lovely lady, she is the one that coordinated everything for the move. She made me feel very comfortable and if l had any uncertainty, doubtfulness or hesitation, she made those fears melt away. Tiffany is very sociable, you can ask her any questions and she will answer them without making you feel uncomfortable. THANK YOU SO MUCH TIIFFANY, BLAKE, DENNIS, and JOSE. YOU ALL WERE 💯% AWESOME !!!!!

  2/18 response to AAA Thanks for responding AAA. You’ve indicated you’d like a conversation sounds great, but you provided no contact information nor have you asked for mine. Your refunds, to be clear were as follows: $10.80 for my $500+ of Ego Batteries and Chargers $100 Coupon I had $83.79 another coupon I had $3 just noticed this...is for the $225 American Girl bed that was broken (In a pile I told the 1/16 team NOT TO TOUCH!, TOUCHED AND BROKE!) $30 for the blankets and pillows in my living room that somehow did not make the trip....my sofa was wrapped but somehow the new blanket and pillows did not arrive at the new destination Total $228.25 more from coupons than you doing right by your customer $450 for paint and carpet for the damage to my home - again, I paid over $500 for touch up and carpet cleaning $50 for a coupon $450 for the tips I demanded back after realizing items were missing, this was on my card, of course the hundreds I gave in cash, I can't get back. $150 for packers 1/15, $450 for movers on 1/16 and $150 for movers of super quick move on 1/19 Total 951.91 (math is off) Oh, and I did request the team from January 16, however, that was before I realized that items were missing. I opened every box, bin, drawer, cabinet, looked under everything and in everything, the missing items did not make the 8 mile trek from Point A to Point B... Horrible experience, wish I’d read the reviews first. Damage on both ends, where I moved from and where I moved to. Only remedied one location. Missing items, hundreds of dollars of missing items like batteries for Ego lawn products and they gave me $10.60…..for over $500 of taken batteries and chargers. I trusted them to help me and they took from me, batteries, chargers, household items😡 I tipped them all very well, ran and got them coffee, nice coffee not gas station coffee, bought them lunch, a $25 per person lunch, not Taco Bell, even gave one guy a leaf mulcher that was in my donation pile. Disappointed is a serious understatement.
