- RNRicardo Nunez4 days ago1.0Unprofessional team. I had a terrible experience with this company. Especially with Randy, the estimator that was assigned to me. I scheduled a videocall to estimate the moving costs with them, and two hours before the scheduled time, Randy called me to cancel and reschedule because "he was busy with other stuff". We rescheduled the videocall for the following day, and when I join the call, he does not join. I waited for 15 min, then I called customer service, and they were not able to help me either, saying that my connection might be the problem while at the same time saying they themselves cannot reach out to the estimator. In the end the customer service representative hung up on me once, and the second time I called they redirected my call to the estimator's cell phone, and of course, he did not answer. I got no solution in the end, no quote, and I was constantly ignored. This makes the company look sketchy in my opinion. I recommend using other big moving companies.
