They did not charge a trip fee, mileage, or any other bs fees. That allowed me to prep and stage furniture to save time and money. Jason, Ben, & Owen did great. They cared for both my old space and new space, and took care of all of my items with nothing getting damaged. I had some rather heavy furniture that had to be moved from a basement, to a new basement, and they handled it like pros.

They were professional, respectful, and wasted no time. They went out of their way to dig through all of our boxes to find our high value items, despite themselves not being the original packers.

They cut me off and then had the audacity to try and brake-check me after cutting me off. That was incredibly immature and very dangerous for EVERYONE on the road. It's unfortunate because now that's the impression I have of your company. I hope that safe driving practices in inclement weather are reviewed with your drivers. Imagine the liability had there actually been an accident! Edit (response to owner): I was at home in my living room when I posted this, not driving. I'm not sure why you are being dishonest about your truck not being on the road, but then telling me to report the incident. I watched your truck pull into your parking lot behind Harbor Freight. I called the number here on Google to report it along with the license plate number of the truck. I do have the incident on video, I'll take your advice and go to the police then. The least you could have done was acknowledge and apologize. I would have changed my rating. I'm not going to threaten you with bad word of mouth, the way you conduct business speaks for itself. Point in case.
