My trip was from Nov. 3rd- nov.8th. from scottvilles senior center to Branson, mo. Our bus driver was Michael Youngblood. I can not possibly say enough nice things, he was on the ball, caring, humble and kind. He always had my husband's walker ready and waiting at every stop. He always greeted everyone with a smile and a cheerful welcome. When the group wanted to do a drive through light show he accommodated us without any issue our complaint and I know this wasn't on his schedule. I would definitely take another bus trip especially if he were our driver. Thank you so much, Dorothy Eastway

Anna Lewis safely delivered us to Branson MO. And back home to Michigan. November 3rd thru the 8th. Expertly she navigated the narrow passages in Branson. That was no easy task. She's customer friendly and was very accommodating to everyone.

The bus was very nice but seats were a bit uncomfortable. The driver was polite and kind and appreciated his kindness. He got us everywhere we had to be on time or ahead of time mostly. He had a heavy foot in an effort to get us places on time and often we were early. I didn't see the reason for why the driver slammed on the breaks on the express way at one time. The result for the quick slowdown on the express way was an 85 year old woman walking towards the back of the bus lost footing and fell straight back as a result. The good news was she was very sore and bruised but nothing was broke. A month later she still has pain from the incident and has been to the doctor for x-rays and to get some treatment to help heal the pain from that fall. I would encourage the driver to slow down. He is a good person and those are things that can't be taught necessarily to an employee but slowing down when driving is something he could learn to do. Thanks for the opportunity to share.
