- EEEmily6 days ago1.0Our group had a very poor experience with our bus driver, Michael. Our original driver had us ahead of schedule on what should have been a 12-hour trip, but after being switched to Michael, the drive ended up taking around 16 hours. His driving was rough, he was frequently late, and his attitude toward our group was rude and unprofessional. During the trip he also expected our group to pay for his meal at one of the stops, which felt inappropriate. On top of that, he repeatedly played things very loudly over the bus speakers that nobody asked for. We had him as our driver for a week-long trip, and unfortunately the experience with him made the travel portion of the trip very unpleasant.

The upkeep of the bus wasn’t there.Val our tour guide was a hoot she made it fun. Our replacement bus driver was great too. She kept up on the cleanliness of the bus. As well as very nice & professional.I would travel again with them . Thank, Nicole

Yes, all fees including the driver's pay, fuel, and mileage are included in the total price. Additional fees for additional drivers or their hotel rooms may apply.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes, we do have a lost and found. We keep items for up to 2 months and then donate them to charity. Items such as pillows and blankets are immediately discarded for sanitary reasons.
