Our movers, George and Ben, were professional, friendly, followed directions well and kept such a positive attitude all day. They were great problem solvers with tight squeezes and extremely heavy items—and even moved our upright piano with total ease and care. Shanna, the owner, was wonderful to work with from the start and made the whole experience stress-free. Cameron, another member of their team, stopped by during the move to check in and salted our sidewalk and driveway so the crew had safer conditions on an icy day. George and Ben seamlessly moved everything through sleet, slush and rain without complaint. Moving in January isn’t always ideal, but Pink Zebra truly made it a pleasure. Shanna and Cameron were so enjoyable to work with in the planning and preparation phase, and quick to respond to all questions/issues that arose. On the day of, we had even more hands than I expected, and the whole process of loading out went so smoothly (even in January freezing rain!). They wrapped all of our items with care, and loved them across the state with zero issue. When it came time to unload, they problem solved various issues, even taking a window out to bring in extra large furniture. Moving is one of the most stressful tasks, and our team made the day low-stress and even enjoyable! Thank you again to Jacob, Joey, and Demarcus for everything!!

I had other companies do it online but didn’t feel confident in their estimates. The day of the pack up was easy and stress free. Same with moving and unloading. Shanna, Cam and the team were responsive, friendly, patient, and most importantly good at their jobs. 5/5 would recommend and use again.

They took great care to not get our house covered with snow and took excellent care of all of our belongings. Would highly recommend for your move.
