  I highly recommend Move & Care. When we found out we were moving from Boston to the Houston area, I reached out to about eight different moving companies. From the very beginning, I felt incredibly comfortable with Move & Care. They’re local to the Boston area, so I was speaking with real, local people—not a massive nationwide company where you feel like just another job. I worked with Lera throughout the planning process and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and incredibly responsive the entire time. She followed up consistently but never in a pushy way—just thoughtful, gentle reminders when certain steps were due. Honestly, Lera herself, along with the local nature of the company and the fair pricing, were the main reasons I chose Move & Care. They weren’t the cheapest quote I received, but they also weren’t the most expensive, and they did a great job working with me to land at a price point that felt reasonable. Lera truly made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier. I also chose to add full valuation insurance for the move, and Terry, who called to walk me through the coverage and answer my questions, was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to clearly explain everything so I felt comfortable and confident about the protection for our belongings. On moving day, we received a call about 25 minutes before the crew arrived. Our movers—Oscar, Denys, and Omil—were fantastic. They introduced themselves, shook our hands, and immediately got to work. They handled our belongings with great care, asked questions when needed, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We ended up taking more space in the truck than originally estimated because of fragile items. The team communicated this as soon as they realized it might happen. While we did end up paying an additional $500 for the extra space, Lera had actually advocated for us and kept that charge much lower than the typical ~$1,200 fee for the same overage. For delivery, we were notified two days in advance of our move-in date. They guarantee delivery within a week, and our belongings arrived exactly one week after move-out. On delivery day, Jorge and his teammate were excellent. They made sure everything went to the correct rooms, asked questions whenever something wasn’t clear, and set up the furniture so the apartment was actually livable when they left—not just a pile of boxes everywhere. They also removed their trash and even took away the empty boxes I unpacked while they were there, which I really appreciated. Overall, I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Move & Care. Moving across the country is stressful, but their professionalism, communication, and care made the entire process so much smoother. Highly recommend.

  I had a really great experience with Paul as my sales rep and Anatolii as the moving lead. I feel like this was the best customer service, price, and delivery out there and I'm grateful to have found the right team for this move. 100% recommend them!

  Amazing five-star service! The team was efficient, professional, and extremely careful with all of our belongings. They handled everything with great attention to detail and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. The pricing was very reasonable for the high-quality service provided. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company, and I will definitely use them again in the future!

  The communication, care, professionalism and patience from all of the Move and Care Moving team members were awesome and excellent! From Vlad, Mark and Terry in the office to Max and Victor during the move, they made our moving experience smooth and gave us the comfort level we were looking for. They exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them for your moving needs.

  They were amazing 😁 they did a very professional job didn't complain even though we had parking problems. They finished in less then the 3 hours we booked them for. didn't break anything wrapped and protected everything I will definitely use them again
