  Prime Medical Transport has taken me to multiple doctors appointments on the Cape and even into Boston, and their personnel are absolutely top notch with respect to safety, and compassion, always focused on the patient. I have used other transport companies, and there is no comparison, especially because Prime tries to dedicate one driver for the pick up and return home whenever possible. I have used other companies who have kept me waiting up to an hour after the appointment is over before taking me home. Prime divers like Michael and Mark aren’t just clocking hours, they have a sincere commitment to the patient and treat me with kindness like family. I highly recommend Prime Medical Transport because they have made getting to my medical appointments safe and enjoyable.

  I have a standing appt every week. I've been fortunate enough to have Hal every time. He has been someone I trust completely. He is always on time and makes my appt time go so smoothly. I look forward to my future using Prime and Hal. Thanks Hal your the best!!

  I’m a Dialisis patient in the Oxford area coming from Worcester, Massachusetts and every trip that I use with this company was Late at one time they forgot to even schedule me for pick up so I had to stay in the Dialysis waiting room for close to One hour it’s not a good company and it don’t seem professional when It comes to their clients. It seems that they’re trying to fit as many customers as possible in a small time frame causing back ups.

  I used this service to bring my wheelchair bound client to her granddaughters wedding. They provided the wheelchair, the ramp to get her out of the house, and buckled her chair right into the van! It went very smoothly!! The drivers we had were both awesome and very kind!! He even helped me get her into bed when we got back home!! I can’t explain the amount of relief it was for us not to have to worry about getting her there!! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs it!! It was such a great experience!!!

  My mother and I can't say enough about how nice the drivers are as well as how helpful the office staff is. I always no my mom is in good hands and safe when she's with any of them.
