My daughter’s move with Safe Responsible Movers was not the smooth experience we hoped for. Communication beforehand wasn’t very clear, and the quote they gave us didn’t feel accurate once the moving day arrived. The steps and tight corners seemed to catch the crew off guard, and they struggled more than expected. While the movers were polite, the work felt rushed at times, and I had to point out things that needed more care.
The final cost ended up being different than what we were led to believe, which was frustrating. Overall, the move felt more stressful and less organized than it should have been, and I can’t say I’d recommend them based on this experience.

My recent experience with this team wasn’t as positive as my previous one. Even though they offered a discount for adding a third mover, the overall service felt less organized and not as careful as I expected. A few items were handled roughly, and I had to point out concerns more than once. They showed up, but it didn’t feel like the same level of professionalism I experienced before. Nothing was seriously damaged, but the attention to detail just wasn’t there this time. I’m honestly not sure if I’ll continue using them for future moves.

Safe Reliable Movers definitely stands by their word. The movers arrived on time and were great with respect to communicating changes in their schedule. They were actually ready to move me ahead of time. I was not yet there and they readily agreed to wait until the original time.
The only problem I had was that the two movers had difficult difficulty reassembling my desk. After they left, I realized they had not put the drawers in appropriately. I emailed the owner. He responded immediately and actually apologized. He offered to come out within the next couple of days and actually refunded me $150 as he felt the his employees had taken too long to disassemble and reassemble the desk. Outstanding customer service which is not often seen these days.
