This company turned what should’ve been a straightforward move into a nightmare. The morning of the move, the crew was late, and nobody was answering the phone — no updates, no courtesy call, nothing. When they finally showed up, they were unprepared and disorganized.
I had clearly listed everything under a room along with what’s in the room for example “shed equipment” (shovels, lawnmower, dolly, etc.) in the inventory and was quoted for it. I even called ahead to confirm. Despite that, the movers refused to take the equipment, claiming it couldn’t be moved — something that should have been communicated before the day of.
Because of their delays and poor communication, my home sale closing was pushed back, and I had to hire another moving company last-minute to finish the job. The company took zero ownership or initiative to fix their mistakes.
Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. I would never recommend them to anyone who values their time or sanity.
