  DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY!! I booked them for my wedding. Not only were they unable to follow directions for pick up and drop off, but they arrived way too early that guests were not only left at the hotel but guests saw me in my wedding gown before walking down the aisle. I have emailed them 2 days ago and still have not received a response!!!

  Rolling in Style – Nicoll's Is My Go-To in New Orleans New Orleans is a city where there are more than enough excuses to dress up and go out—but how you arrive is just as significant. That's why I don't mess around when it comes to transportation—Nicoll's Limousine Service is my go-to, hands down. If I'm rolling up, I'm rolling up in style. I've used them for pretty much everything: weddings in the Quarter, black-tie events at NOMA, special events at the country club, Rex during Mardi Gras, Pelicans and Saints games (yes, I did go to Super Bowl LIX, and yes, they drove me there in style), and even classy rides home directly to my private plane or back from weekend jaunts on the yacht. Nicoll's makes every entry a red carpet affair—even when it's simply to grab beignets at 2 a.m. (don't judge me). The vehicles are second to none. Clean. Rich. So cozy you sort of remember you actually had somewhere to go. The lighting, stereo system, and seating arrangement are just right—like your own personal club on wheels, sans crowds and velvet ropes. And the chauffeurs? Class act throughout. Always on time, always polite, and manage to maintain just the right balance of sophistication with being personable. They possess that truly special ability for making you feel special without making a fuss out of it—elegant, subtle, and 100% reliable. See, I've tried other companies before—but once you ride with Nicoll's, you can't go back. It's the only way to get around New Orleans when you live a little extra.

  My husband and I had our wedding this past weekend. We booked Nicoll’s to pick up our bridal parties and drive us to the venue. Most people use “party buses/limousines” for music and to get the pre game started. Unfortunately for BOTH our rides the radio/bluetooth/aux did not work. Our driver was nice, but didn’t care and actually said “the system has been acting up” so he was aware of the issue prior to picking us up. Then maybe use a different transportation picking up wedding parties? Overall disappointed in the service and urge them to do better especially for wedding parties and the price they are charging-HAVE MUSIC. If I had known we wouldn’t have music, we would’ve just taken our own cars or used a different company, would’ve saved us a lot of money.
