Most all of our stuff was damaged, every piece of furniture is damaged, things missing, items left at the house that I ended up having to take myself or leave, parts to furniture is missing so we had to buy new furniture. Computer monitor was wrapped in one of our carhartt jackets and placed in a box with a grease gun so it’s ruined. Our stuff was supposed to have been sent to Illinois for storage after packing but they decided to keep it in Louisiana, I’m assuming to pocket the storage pay. That’s the only reason they would have needed to keep it in Louisiana. Everything smelt like cigarettes once it did arrive to Illinois, TWO days after scheduled delivery. Scheduled delivery for one day but didn’t schedule anyone to unload to truck until the next day. Overall terrible experience.

I had A LOT of broken furniture, nothing that was fragile was insulated…just wrapped in paper and thrown into a box with other things, beds were missing the hardware so it couldn’t be put together and the boxes for clothes were put together by a single strip of tape…my clothes were literally falling out of boxes as they were being taken off the truck. The lack of care for the customers is disheartening
