Worst military move ever. We have pieces of furniture broken, Hefty totes broken, and a “Pieces box” not holding the pieces we need to reassemble most of our items. Honestly I wish we would’ve just sold most of our belongings before our move because now they’re too damaged to use or can’t be put back together.

UPDATE 4/6 - Action mobility has refused to let a reputable company within our area fix the mess they made and have yet to remedy the situation. I was stuck 6 weeks postpartum with a newborn and toddler to do the job they got payed for and did not finish as my husband had to return to work. We were stuck with piles of boxes unsafley stacked on top of each other and no one to even com pick up the debris. The manager Marcus was deceiving in every conversation we had. I’m disappointed in the lack of effort they’ve put into this entire situation. We have exhausted every resource to make sure this never happens and everyone locally will know never to work with this company. Move in was March 17th for reference. MILITARY FAMILIES BEWARE. This is the worst moving company we ever could’ve been assigned. Expect any large items to be broke, corners to be cut to pocket extra money, terrible customer service, and items to arrive dirty. We had the unfortunate luck of being paired with Action Mobility for our recent PCS. The initial packing went ok, had my husband not been there both days who knows how it would’ve went. The initially arrived 2 1/2 hours late which would’ve have been an issue if one of their movers didn’t have a 2nd job, separate from being with the moving company, that he complained all day about having to get to. I’m FRESHLY postpartum with a newborn and had told them from the beginning we needed a full unpacking, assembly and pick up of debris. That didn’t happen and we were left with a wreck of a house and two small children who could’ve been easily hurt by the stacked boxes left. To begin with they were down a mover because he couldn’t get on base due to a prior felony and their truck broke down at the gate so if it wasn’t for the generosity of the guards giving them a jumpstart, our stuff would’ve all been sitting there. So we were sent 2 movers that were inadequate for the job. They were unaware they had to do anything besides unload the truck and the one guy kept complaining about whether he was getting paid more for it or not and that he had another job to get to later. Which he obviously didn’t care about because at one point both movers were sitting in the room on the floor talking to me about how bad this was. A 3rd mover was never sent to fulfill the mover we lost although we had requested one multiple times. We also found out they cut corners and while the were supposed to drop our stuff of with a local company who has phenomenal reviews and works with lots of military families here on base, They did not. They even hired two of their own movers local to make it look like they were working with this other company so the could drive themselves and pocket all the money. In the end the movers left easily and we were left with our brand new house in horrible shape. Some guy named Marcus who was supposedly a manager was to remedy the situation by the next week but ghosted us. After escalating the situation to every higher manager, military personnel etc. We are finally getting a different company out here to fix the problem Action Mobility made. Shame on these guys for putting a family with a newborn through this. I’ve worked with our local military housing coordinator to make sure they can never do this to another military family again.

They were late to pick up from my old place and were very unprofessional over all commenting about my house. The company was very difficult to reach the entire trip and getting a time frame out of them was like pulling teeth. I did move halfway across the country but it took 3 weeks to receive my stuff. It wasn’t even that much, just a couch and a few boxes. Then on the day before delivery I was told they would come some time in the morning so I took off work accordingly but late tha night I got another phone call saying in the afternoon. I had to fix that with my work and took off at noon. I finally got a phone call from head quarters saying some time after 1. The driver called me at 2 saying he’d be there in thirty minutes and didn’t arrive till 4. The guys were nice and all but there was a lot of complaints about me living on the 4th floor even though the elevator was able to fit everything in 3 trips and every single box was slightly damaged when it arrived. Thankfully only a few things had significant wear and they weren’t super important but it is all very inconvenient. Please

Jordan and Debrandon (sp) did a great job moving my goods inside my home. They were very careful to avoid scratching the floors and they even assisted me with things out of reach that were not their responsibility. They were very patient and took a break when something more pressing came up so I could tend to it. I appreciated their attention to detail and would gladly have them move me again!
