- ECElizabeth ClutterMar 18, 20241.0Horrible experience with a driver named Tak. The lady stated her name was Tak, she was an older Asian lady with tattoos. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She came late, we thought she had her son with her but it was another customer. The young boy could not pay for his ride, we offered to cover his fare. The driver put her hand in my face and told me to be quiet. She then refused to take me to my destination and dropped me off at my original starting point. She then tried to charge me for the trip to the young man's house that was 5 miles out of town in the opposite direction. Don't waste your time with this company.
