  I heard about Just call Ray Movers through Facebook and my sister recently bought a house so I suggested she try Ray and his team. And man she was so happy with them. They treated her things with care as if it was their own. She has commented so many times how they took all the stress away from moving with buying a new home it was a lot and Ray and his team just made it a easy transition 5 stars to just call Ray Movers

  Movers were suppose to be present Friday 8-29-25. Daughter called the office and was told the would there between 4-5 pm do to moving someone else. They never showed and were called saying they could not get to her. She had paid the $100 and scheduled for 8-29-25 after taking off. The driver was called Antoine because the office closed at 4:00 pm Friday no one in the office could be reached. Antoine said they could be there tomorrow Saturday 8-30-25 between 11 am and 12 noon. They arrived around 11:50 am. Antoine said to me on Saturdays it is a 3 hour minimum to move??? $175 an hour after they no showed for Friday which is a 2 hour minimum charge? This was a one bedroom being moved to a storage facility. Antoine says however, if you pay with cash instead of a credit card this would be a 2 hour job instead of a 3 hour charge? He said this would take 2 hours and the cost in cash would be $250 verbal agreement in apartment. I was going to pay by credit card , but when he mad this offer I went to the bank and got $250 cash. They finished the job around 1:50 pm. However, when he pulled out the bill he said you missed it by 20 minutes??? I asked missed what? He said the 2 hour window and charged me $337.50 an additional $87.50 after he told me upfront the total would be $250.00. I told him I disagreed with him on what was agreed upon as he did not keep his part of the agreement. I was upset in speaking w him and felt he scammed me and didn’t tell me the total until the end. The company is closed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday(Labor Day) . So know one to dispute this with until Tuesday. The movers did a great job, but Antoine did not keep is word and convinced me to use cash instead a credit card then charged more than agreed upon. I will not Ever use Ray’s again if this not resolved and will let others know!

  The team at Ray’s Movers were nothing short of amazing. They helped us move over an hour away and efficiently moved all of our belongings up three flights of stairs, all while being affordable and careful—we didn’t experience any moving damage at all. Everyone was incredibly kind and hard-working, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Very quick and careful three man team moved 3 10x10 storage units into my new house. They took two trips and all together only took 5 hours! They were very careful not to scratch any walls or hardwood flooring with their dollies and heavy items. Highly recommend.
